Howdens Joinery in the UK is hiring an Assistant Depot Manager to support the Depot Manager in daily operations, sales growth and customer service. You will lead and coach the team, strengthen relationships with local trade customers and drive performance across the depot.

Responsibilities

• Support the Depot Manager in day-to-day depot operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local trade customers.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to improve performance.
• Oversee sales, customer service, warehouse and stock.
• Review performance and drive sales to achieve targets.
• Promote the full range of products and services.
• Deputise for the Depot Manager when needed.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across the depot.
