Howdens Joinery is hiring an Assistant Depot Manager to support the Depot Manager in driving sales, customer service and team performance at a busy depot. You’ll coach and develop staff, nurture local trade relationships and oversee stock, health and safety policies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsabilités

• Support your Depot Manager in the day-to-day running of the depot.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local trade customers.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to improve performance.
• Oversee sales, customer service, warehouse and stock.
• Review performance and help drive sales and achieve targets.
• Promote the full range of products and services.
• Deputise for your Depot Manager when needed.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the depot.
