Abbey Hill Academy & College is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Department Lead to join our upper primary team. You will lead and support the day-to-day management of main pathways, line-manage staff, and ensure a high standard of teaching in a KS2 class.

You will be an excellent classroom practitioner, committed to ensuring the educational progress of all students, and will line manage and appraise identified staff. A key aspect of this role will be teaching in a KS2 Primary Class.
