A leading integrated veterinary services provider is seeking a diligent team member for a 14-month fixed term contract to support the Group Credit Control Manager. The role involves managing debt queries across 500+ veterinary practices, preparing debt reports, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, all while working remotely with travel across the West Midlands for meetings.

Summary of role:
We are looking for someone to join our friendly team on a 14 Month Fixed Term Contract to covermaternity.
This is a remote working opportunity with travel across the West Midlands for meetings with our Group Credit Control Manager.
This role has responsibility for supporting the Group Credit Control Manager with the Group's cash collections processes and procedures. Please note, you do not need to have previous credit control experience to be considered for this role, however we would like to see strong customer service experience. The principal aspects of the role are:
Role Responsibilities:
Supporting practices with debt management queries:
Completing weekly and monthly debt reports.
Maintaining non practice debt
