Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd in Oxford is seeking an Assistant Cost Manager to join our Property & Real Estate team. The role covers pre- and post-contract cost management, with exposure to education, healthcare, life sciences and public sector projects.
You will work with senior colleagues to develop skills in cost planning, procurement, tendering, and APC preparation, aiming for RICS Chartered status while benefiting from flexible hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.
We have an excellent opportunity for an assistant cost manager to join our Oxford team.
This is a role offering a variety of pre & post contract cost management experience and exposure to a range of projects and sectors; spanning education, healthcare, life sciences, central government and local authority clients.

Joining the team, you'll have hands on support towards your professional development, including APC mentoring, counselling and support from experienced chartered surveyors, with the opportunity to progress on that pathway with other APC candidates in the office.
Assisting in all cost and procurement management processes, with a view to successfully completing the Gleeds’ internal APC preparation programme; and self-development training in readiness for attaining Chartered status Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
