Job description

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Cook to join our friendly catering team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play an important role in providing nutritious, high-quality meals for our pupils and staff. Working as part of a supportive team, you will assist with food preparation, service, kitchen cleaning and the maintenance of high standards of food hygiene and safety.

• Permanent, Part Time, Term Time Only plus 1 additional day
• 5 days per week, 8.50am-1.15pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.50 - 1.10pm on Friday (22 hours)
• Salary NJC Grade A2, Scale Point 3, £25,614 per annum
• Actual Salary - £12,837 per annum,
