Location: PRM Distribution Lisburn

We now wish to recruit for the following position: Assistant Cook (Ref No: AC26/01). Responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day running of the canteen facility. The role involves:

1. Assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
2. Ensuring the planning, preparation, and cooking of food meet high standards
3. Maintaining a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, and hygiene regulations
4. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area
5. Managing and completing required documentation, including HACCP records
6. Operating the till
7. Performing other operational duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Basic Food Hygiene certification
