Job summary

Queen Katherine School is seeking an Assistant Cook to join our catering team. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week during term time plus one additional week, with a fixed-term basis.

You will support the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals, while maintaining high hygiene standards in a busy kitchen. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate is essential, and prior catering experience is preferred. This post sits within Cumbria Education Trust's school catering operation.

Salary: Grade 3 - £24,796 - £25,185 FTE (Actual Salary £11,464 - £11,644)
