I have an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Contract/Project Manager (Fabric) who is looking to progress their career into a Contracts/Project Manager Position.
This is a mobile position covering London & The Home Counties and will have a heavy emphasis on Project Delivery, managing & running teams on site.
The Candidate will come from a Carpentry/Multitrade/Fabric background and have experience in a similar role.
This is an opportunity where the Company is looking to develop and train someone into a full Contract/Project Manager.
My client is a Building Services & Specialist Contractor established in 2003 with 8 Offices throughout the UK.
They employ 300+ Staff nationally and are expected to turn over £55Mil+ this year.
Working within the Commercial & Public Sectors, their sites are generally within London, Surrey, Kent & Sussex.
Due to business growth, they are seeking an Assistant Contract/Project Manager from a Fabric background to join their team, working on a mobile basis covering London & The Home Counties.
The ideal candidate will come from a Fabric background and be looking to progress their career.
Your area of cover will be London & the Home Counties.
You will work under a Contracts Manager to support their workload, learn daily, and develop your skills.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Project values will vary from £100 to £20,000.
This is a fast-paced role with low-value but high-volume jobs.
