Assistant Company Secretary - London EC2/Remote - 3667

This specialist alternative asset manager is seeking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary on a full-time, permanent basis. The role reports directly to the Deputy Company Secretary and provides excellent exposure to all departmental work.

This position is ideal for an Assistant in a larger team seeking more responsibility and autonomy, or a Company Secretarial Assistant looking to advance. You do not need to be CGI qualified (study support will be provided), but you should have a solid grounding in company secretarial practice and statutory compliance. Experience with Diligent Entities is advantageous. Demonstrable experience in organizing and managing board and committee meetings is also preferred.

The company operates a diverse range of alternative investment strategies, including public and private equity, real estate, renewable energy, housing, and infrastructure. The work is engaging, and the company is experiencing steady growth with over 220 employees across five locations.
