This role involves supporting the General Counsel and working closely with board members to ensure adherence with legal requirements, thereby playing a pivotal role in the bank’s operational integrity. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in company secretarial practices with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.

The Role:
To support its strategic growth and transformation agenda, Cynergy Bank PLC is looking for an experienced assistant company secretary. Reporting to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. The role involves working closely across all areas of the bank, providing comprehensive support across all areas of the corporate governance agenda. A minimum of 3/4 years relevant company secretarial experience in the financial sector is required. The role will provide an opportunity to interact with leadership from an early stage.
