Qualifications

• Completed degree and gaining experience during the postgraduate period.
• Maintain CSCS card for the role.
• Professional Construction Qualifications relevant to the role or qualified by appropriate level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial and financial elements on high value, complex construction project(s) through pre-construction, delivery and final accounts stages.
• Safeguard the financial and commercial interests by managing and controlling commercial risk, income and expenditure.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet client expectations and targets.
