Job summary

Job description

The Bradford Bulls are recruiting an Assistant Coach to join our rapidly growing Women's team!

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Head Coach in selecting and preparing players for matches.
  2. Plan and prepare training sessions in accordance with the Head Coach's instructions.
  3. Deliver effective and progressive training sessions.
  4. Coordinate session content with fellow coaches and the Head Coach.
  5. Ensure all players have equal participation opportunities.
  6. Provide feedback to players for development.
  7. Educate players on the ethos and values of Bradford Bulls.
  8. Commit to ongoing professional development (CPD).
  9. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  10. Plan sessions to maximize individual performance within the team environment.
  11. Promote opportunities for players to develop and showcase their abilities.

  • Level 2 coaching qualification

Additional Requirements:

Travel to various locations is required. Late or weekend work may be necessary.
