Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the management of a club's indoor and outdoor F&B operation, including events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights. The Club Room is the hub where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment for work, relaxation, or socialising.

You will work with a team to deliver great quality food and service while ensuring smooth operations across both indoor and outdoor

About the Role

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports the management of a team within the club’s indoor and outdoor food and beverage operation. The role includes overseeing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities. The Club Room is the hub of the clubs, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment for work, relaxation, or socialising with friends and family.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a team within the indoor and outdoor food and beverage operation.
• Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
