Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a food and beverage operations lead for The Club Room, the hub of the clubs where members enjoy quality meals and exceptional service in a comfortable space to work, relax or socialise. You will manage a team across indoor and outdoor operations and oversee events like summer BBQs and quiz nights, ensuring healthy meals and a premium member experience for all guests.

About the Role

This role leads the food and beverage operation within The Club Room, the hub of the clubs where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment to work, relax or socialise with friends and family. The post-holder manages a team across indoor and outdoor operations and oversees events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights. The role operates within a premium health and wellness environment that values team belonging and member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team within the indoor and outdoor operation.
• Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities.
• Oversee food and beverage service in The Club Room, the hub of the clubs.
• Ensure members receive quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility, such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
• Self-motivated with pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.

Salary

• 34-38k per annum
