Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant based in Beaconsfield to deliver excellent service to members seven days a week. You will help run the Club Room, contribute to healthy meal offerings, and maintain a welcoming space for members to work, relax or socialise.

The role emphasizes member engagement, teamwork and hospitality experience in a vibrant club atmosphere, with opportunities for internal training and development.

About the Role

The Food and Beverage Assistant role is based in the Club Room, which is the hub of the club and a comfortable environment where members can work, relax or socialise. The role is central to ensuring members receive excellent service every day, 7 days a week. Team members act as ambassadors of the business and are at the heart of what the organisation does.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to members every day, 7 days a week.
• Support the running of the Club Room as the hub of the club.
• Help provide quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment.
• Maintain a welcoming space where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
• Act as an ambassador for the business when engaging with members.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for engaging with individuals.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Previous hospitality experience.

Preferred Skills

• An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.
