David Lloyd Leisure is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the daily operation of our Club Room and outdoor spaces. You will help lead a team, deliver quality meals and exceptional service to our members, and help run events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights.

You will collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming environment where staff feel valued and members enjoy a consistent, high standard of hospitality while pursuing opportunities for personal and career growth.

• Self-motivated individual who will take pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Has experience leading a team (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).

The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where our members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist in managing a team within our indoor and outdoor operation which will include managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities!

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, we are looking for someone who is:
