Responsibilities

• Act as first point-of-contact for clinical staff to the technical workshops, resolving queries professionally.
• Support provision of medical devices for clinical use and front-line maintenance in clinical areas.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers as a Trust representative.
• Carry out maintenance and repair of medical equipment in line with training and competencies.
• Assist in development of standard operating procedures and participate in apprenticeship progression.
