As Commis Chef of Events & Hospitality, you will join a vibrant team providing catering for various events including school functions, staff lunches, board meetings, celebrations, weddings, and external events.

Your responsibilities include assisting with food production, stock control, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Shift Pattern Overview:

• 5 days out of 7, with varied shifts depending on business needs—flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to standards
• Proper storage of food to minimise waste
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas
• Using machinery and equipment correctly
• Contributing to menu development
• Managing cleanliness and housekeeping of kitchen and waste areas
