Role Overview

Assist Change Coaches in conducting induction sessions, running Job Clubs, and troubleshooting to support individuals in maintaining employment. Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to engage participants.
  • Conducting welcome and introduction meetings, gathering identification, and completing administrative requirements.
  • Undertaking initial assessments, updating records, and scheduling follow-ups.
  • Handling customer concerns sensitively.
  • Organizing Job Club activities at various locations.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and providing information, advice, and guidance.
  • Visiting employers to resolve 'settling-in' issues.
  • Supporting employment training needs, including travel training.
  • Promoting health & safety and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting re-engagement activities and office responsibilities.
  • Working flexibly across different locations and supporting team activities.
