Busy Bees Nurseries in the United Kingdom seeks an Assistant Centre Director to support the Centre Director with daily operations and educational leadership. You will guide a team to deliver engaging, high-quality early years curricula and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have leadership or supervisory experience in an early years setting, a Level 3 early years qualification, and a proven track record of educational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising in an early years setting.
• Experience as Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
• Proven track record of ensuring educational excellence and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
• Assist in developing and delivering an engaging, high-quality curriculum for children.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high safety standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to build a cohesive, motivated team.
• Lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service and welcoming centre experiences for families.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
