Job summary

The King's Academy is seeking an Assistant Catering Manager (Chef) to lead daily meal preparation and support the Catering Manager in running the catering team.

You will prepare main meals, oversee kitchen operations, and help ensure high standards of safety and quality for students, staff and visitors throughout the academic year.

About This Role

The King's Academy's kitchen is at the heart of daily school life, with our catering team producing hundreds of healthy, nutritious meals for students, staff and visitors every day, and catering for special events within the academic year. The Assistant Catering Manager (Chef) prepares and cooks the main meals of the day and assists and deputises for the Catering Manager in the organization and management of the work of the catering team.
