Gather + Gather, on behalf of CH&CO, is recruiting an ambitious Assistant Catering Manager to lead a high-quality food operation at Hatfield. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and opportunities to progress within a company that values people and performance.

You will train and support teams, manage stock and budgets, and ensure Health & Safety standards while delivering exceptional food experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Experience leading catering teams.
• Passion for high-quality food and service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food and delight clients.
