St Edmund's Catholic School in Portsmouth is seeking an Assistant Catering Manager to support our kitchen team. You will help prepare fresh, healthy meals, manage daily kitchen operations, and lead the team in the Catering Manager's absence.

An enhanced DBS will be required to be in place prior to the start of employment. The role requires proven kitchen catering experience, Health & Safety awareness and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and allergen guidelines.
• Great leadership and communication skills to work with children and adults.
• Calm, organized approach and ability to work under pressure.
