Job summary

Box Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Assistant Category Manager to develop and deliver commercial product ranges across home textiles and licensed products. You will work with internal teams and suppliers to manage development, sourcing, costings and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with factories, assist with pricing, and support category planning while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Bedding, Textiles and/or Homewares.
• Licensed products background considered.
• 2–3 years' experience in sourcing, buying or category management.
• Strong costings, margins and product development understanding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of commercial product ranges.
• Research market trends and new product opportunities.
• Maintain product information, specs and costing documents.
• Assist with development projects from concept to production approval.
• Coordinate quotations, samples and development updates with factories and suppliers.
• Support costing analysis and supplier negotiations.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with customer presentations and category planning.
