QD STORES LTD is seeking an Assistant Café Manager to support daily café operations and lead by example in a busy setting. You will supervise front‑of‑house and assist with cooking during peak times, ensuring a welcoming customer experience.

Working 40 hours over 5 days, with alternate weekends, you’ll help manage stock, participate in monthly inventory, and benefit from training, pension, and on-site parking. This role offers progression opportunities within the store network.

Qualifications

• Food hygiene certificate is desirable.

Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team!

The role of a café assistant manager involves a combination of managerial and operational responsibilities to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the café.

You'll lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done, encouraging everyone else to give that little bit more. This role requires involvement in cooking as well as assisting the kitchen staff during peak periods. Alongside the café manager, you will assist in stock inventory once a month.

Having a Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable for this role.
