Job summary

Ultra LEDs is seeking an Assistant Buyer to support the Buying team with accurate data input, supplier liaison, and efficient process administration in a fast-paced environment. You will help manage data, listings, and sample coordination, coordinate critical paths, and ensure timely reporting and compliance to enable commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Maintain accurate product and pricing data across internal systems.
• Critical Path Management: Support buying from brief to launch, lead weekly progress meetings.
• Technical Assessments: Track and coordinate assessments, reports, certificates, and approvals.
