Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Business Manager to join their team in Basingstoke. This role involves engaging with customers, solving problems, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front of House (35%): Welcome visitors, manage mail and deliveries, oversee access control, support onboarding, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Customer Management (30%): Build customer relationships, promote networking and events, manage feedback and complaints.
  • BCM Support (30%): Conduct viewings and sales, support management, organize activities, handle inquiries, and maintain pricing lists.
  • Operations (10%): Maintain standards, supervise cleaning and maintenance staff.
