About Your Role

The Assistant Business Manager is a true brand ambassador, always reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury values. You are enthusiastic to meet and exceed targets, driving team performance through motivation. You prioritize customer experience, constantly seeking new ways to engage and satisfy customers. You work collaboratively with your Business Manager to support seamless daily operations on the counter. You are proactive and ambitious.

As an Assistant Business Manager you will

• Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
• Support the Business Manager in setting and communicating sales targets to the team
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brand
• Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and experience
• Coach and give feedback to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved
• Extend customer service beyond the store, including database marketing
• Implement development plans and conduct regular reviews
• Create a positive team culture through meetings and recognition
• Propose plans and activities to unlock commercial success
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Inspire the team to maintain impeccable grooming standards
