We are seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to support the delivery of a highly professional, personalized attraction and conversion experience for experienced candidates looking to take the next step in their career, with a key focus on the Warwick MBA. In this role, you’ll play a central part in planning and delivering recruitment events, managing enquiry pipelines, and advising high‑calibre applicants at key stages of their decision‑making journey. You’ll collaborate with expert colleagues across marketing, admissions, and careers teams while contributing directly to strategic goals.
