A leading retail company based in Greater London is seeking an Assistant Business Change Manager for a critical role in their Digital Transformation programme. The position involves collaborating with diverse teams to support change initiatives, conducting impact assessments, and engaging stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in change management and excellent communication skills. The role is critical to ensuring the Digital Transformation programme delivers successfully. It will empower our teams with new tools, systems and processes enabling them to deliver efficiently and effectively for our customers and the Boots business. Reporting to the Condor Change Manager within the Boots Transformation Office, you will benefit from this Centre of Excellence while working exclusively on Digital Transformation. Working across a large, diverse, cross‑functional team that includes Digital, IT and external partners, you will support business teams through the programme. This role is exciting, challenging and varied, and will support fundamentally changing the way we manage our digital business.
