Job summary

Forrest Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a proven facilities/Assistant Building Manager to join a leading property consultancy in Manchester.

You will manage hard and soft services across multiple sites, delivering planned and reactive maintenance, while supporting the Senior Building Manager with supplier meetings. The role requires at least three years in facilities management, knowledge of managing agent responsibilities, and IOSH training.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in facilities management.
• Knowledge of managing agent responsibilities.
• Experience of FM services.
• Good working knowledge of managing relationships between landlord and tenants within the commercial property sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing all hard and soft services over multiple sites, planned and reactive maintenance.
• Assisting the Senior Building Manager with contact meetings with suppliers.
• Invoice validation for completed services provided.
• Managing and instructing all minor works, overseeing.
• Completing daily safety and risk assessment tours.
• Ensuring the H&S system is updated and maintained at all time.
