About the Role:

Join our marketing team as an Assistant Brand Manager and make an impact!

You'll support senior colleagues, handle reporting, and contribute to key projects in communication, media, and promotions. This role offers hands-on experience in brand strategy and portfolio execution, helping drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will manage marketing planning and strategy, assisting senior colleagues with budgeting, advertising, and promotions. Your insights into consumer behaviour and market trends will help refine strategies, keeping the brand competitive.
  • You'll also analyse competitors and support research initiatives to strengthen consumer understanding.
  • You will do portfolio execution by coordinating design briefs, managing artwork approvals, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Your role is key in overseeing packaging and branding, helping create impactful materials that align with business objectives.
  • You will oversee communication and media, assisting in advertising execution and evaluating campaign effectiveness. By supporting digital and conventional media planning, you'll help shape messaging and ensure promotions reach the right audience.
  • You will drive promotions by developing materials and executing consumer campaigns alongside trade marketing teams. From sponsorships to retail activations, you'll ensure initiatives align with brand goals while coordinating legal compliance.
  • You will lead business follow-up, tracking sales performance and consumer trends to refine strategies. Your insights into key metrics will help shape future sales plans, driving continued success.
