SBS - Assistant Brand Manager, Business Industrial and Scientific Supplies (BISS)

As an SBS - Assistant Brand Manager, you will focus on delivering five core focus areas for the brand: Selection, demand generation, catalogue quality, business advice, and availability.

The ideal candidate should have experience in forging and building brand relationships, with some understanding of planning product cycles and selling online. The candidate must be flexible, action-oriented, results-driven, self-starting, and possess strong analytical skills. They should have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results, and implementing ideas quickly in a fast-paced environment. An entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to make independent, data-driven decisions is essential. The candidate must demonstrate success in planning, forecasting, and driving online business growth. Effective communication skills are necessary for working with Amazon’s key partners, vendors, and internal teams.

Key job responsibilities
  • Building selection: Identify selection gaps and ensure all relevant products are present on Amazon by tracking the brand’s offline catalogue.
  • Demand generation: Create and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the category management team to meet vendor objectives.
  • Business advice: Support the brand’s participation in Amazon programs.
  • Availability: Ensure continuous product availability.
  • Catalogue quality on Amazon: Maintain high-quality product listings with accurate images, descriptions, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, project or program management, or buying.
