Connells Group in Chiswick is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our Barnard Marcus estate agency team. You will win new instructions, list properties, and deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships both in person and over the phone.

Qualifications
- Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service.
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Win new instructions and list properties for market.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with clients face-to-face and over the phone.
- Maximise opportunities to book appointments for Mortgage Advisors.
