Huws Gray in Leeds Mabgate is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager and drive the branch forward. You will lead the team, maintain high customer service standards, and ensure safe, efficient operations across daily activities.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to branch procedures, and building strong customer relationships while supporting overall profitability. Flexible working options may be discussed during interview.

We're now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our Leeds Mabgate branch. This is a key operational role, supporting the Branch Manager and helping ensure the branch runs safely, smoothly, and to a high standard every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Previous experience in a builders' merchant or a supervisory role is an advantage, but it's not essential - we'll support you with the training you need to succeed.
