Jewson Bolton is recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading the team, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining high service levels at the Bolton branch. The role involves daily supervision, customer relationship building, and ensuring safe, compliant branch operations.

You will develop people, monitor targets, and help grow new business while occasionally deputising for the Branch Manager during busy periods.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:00 16:30, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.As Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in leading the team, driving sales and profitability, building strong customer relationships and ensuring the branch operates safely and efficiently.
