Montblanc is seeking a passionate and experienced retail professional with a flair for luxury and a drive for excellence. As an Assistant Boutique Manager at our New Bond Street Flagship in London, you will support boutique performance, elevate client experiences, and contribute to our brand's success.

How Will You Make an Impact:
  • Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets through active sales participation and team motivation.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in monitoring P&L, improving profitability, and controlling expenses.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently implemented, including VM, product presentation, and promotions.
  • Support in training and coaching team members on product knowledge, sales, and customer service.
  • Create a positive work environment fostering teamwork and engagement.
  • Guide and support team members in resolving customer issues and challenging situations.
  • Ensure exceptional, personalized customer service for a memorable shopping experience.
  • Support CRM strategies to build strong client relationships, manage data, and organize exclusive events.
  • Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, offering tailored services and exclusive access.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, till operations, and maintaining boutique standards.
  • Support security protocols to protect assets and ensure safety.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives to grow the business, enhance brand image, and innovate based on sales data and market trends.
