Montblanc is seeking a passionate and experienced retail professional with a flair for luxury and a drive for excellence to join as an Assistant Boutique Manager at our prestigious New Bond Street Flagship in London. This role offers the opportunity to support boutique performance, elevate client experiences, and contribute to a globally renowned brand.

How Will You Make an Impact:
  • Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets through active participation in sales activities and motivation of the team to meet individual goals.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in monitoring and managing the P&L, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and control expenses.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, including visual merchandising, product presentation, and promotional activities.
  • Support in leading and developing a high-performing team by training and coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Create a positive, motivating work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Guide team members in resolving customer issues and handling challenging situations.
  • Elevate the client experience by ensuring personalized, exceptional service, and supporting CRM strategies to build strong client relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, offering tailored services and exclusive access to new products and events.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring the boutique is well-stocked, and oversee till operations for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain the boutique's appearance and cleanliness to the highest standards and support security protocols.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives by analyzing sales data and market trends, and supporting the implementation of new projects.
