Job summary

Arnold Clark Northwich is recruiting an Assistant Bodyshop Manager to help run the accident repair centre alongside the Bodyshop Manager, ensuring smooth daily operation.

The ideal candidate has automotive management experience, strong organisation, and the ability to lead a team, with Audatex estimating experience preferred.

We offer up to £51,000 OTE, enhanced Saturday rates, 33 days leave, private healthcare, sick pay, flexible hours and annual salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in an automotive bodyshop.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to targets.
• Experience with Audatex estimating.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers to understand requirements and deliver excellent service.
• Collaborate with the Bodyshop Manager to supervise a team.
• Carry out bodyshop quality control checks.
• Update internal systems.
• Estimate and invoice using Audatex.
• Motivate staff to achieve targets and maximise productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety.
