...At Sloane, a luxury Chelsea boutique hotel, seeks an Assistant Bar Manager to lead by example in a vibrant, intimate bar setting. You will oversee daily operations, contribute to beverage programming, and mentor a team that delivers precise, soulful service.

Ideally you bring fluency in English, a Personal Licence, and deep knowledge of spirits and wines, with WSET2/3 preferred. This role rewards excellence with a competitive salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hospitality professional from luxury lifestyle or design-led property.
• Fluent in English (French is a strong advantage).
• Holder of a Personal Licence.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and champagne (WSET Level 2/3 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Help set the tone of the house, bridging precision and pleasure; oversee daily operations.
• Support beverage programming and ensure every pour and interaction reflects the brand.
• Train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team with discipline and personality.
• Maintain SOPs, briefings, tastings, and product knowledge to perfect service.
• Engage with guests, address feedback with professionalism, and manage guest satisfaction targets.
