• Help set the tone of the house, bridging precision and pleasure; oversee daily operations.
• Support beverage programming and ensure every pour and interaction reflects the brand.
• Train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team with discipline and personality.
• Maintain SOPs, briefings, tastings, and product knowledge to perfect service.
• Engage with guests, address feedback with professionalism, and manage guest satisfaction targets.

Lead with Vision

• Supervise bar operations and ensure alignment with the restaurant, lobby, and in-room beverage service.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager and General Manager to deliver a unified, flawless guest journey.
• Monitor team performance and guest feedback, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, applying the same discipline you bring to service.
• Assist in budget preparation, inventory control, and stock management in line with forecast targets.
• Analyse financial and guest data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the execution of promotional events and brand activations.
