Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join the leadership team across Pavyllon London and Bar Antoine, Chef Yannick Alléno's acclaimed restaurant and bar concepts.

You will lead the bar operation, coaching and developing the team while ensuring every guest receives a memorable, personalised experience in a luxury hospitality setting. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour week and evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in luxury bar/restaurant/hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and premium service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar operation for Bar Antoine and Pavyllon London.
• coach and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Build guest relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Drive beverage knowledge and commercial performance across the operation.
• Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of team members.
