Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 28 restaurants across Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy).

Join Our Team as a Bar Assistant Manager!

YOUR MISSION:

1. Be part of the BIG MAMMA Bar team.
2. Manage daily bar operations alongside the Bar Manager.
3. Delegate tasks, coach, support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, and conduct training.
4. Participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering, and implement seasonal menu changes.
5. Maintain health and safety standards, cleanliness, and organization behind the bar.
6. Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customers have a memorable experience.
7. embody Big Mamma values: be warm, smiling, professional, helpful, and a problem solver.

YOUR SKILLS:

1. Big smile and passion for Italian food.
2. Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
3. Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Expertise in bar knowledge, including classic cocktails.
5. Previous experience as a bar supervisor or assistant bar manager in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
