Searcys are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at Gray's Inn.
As an Assistant Bar Manager for Searcys, you will support the Bar Manager in the everyday running of the venue, create stylish signature cocktails, deliver service excellence to our guests, and be proud to serve an extensive wine and champagne programme which is curated by our amazing Head of Champagne.
The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn is one of the four Inn's of Court. For more than six hundred years, Gray's Inn has been home to some extraordinary legal professionals, primarily acting as Barristers and High Court Judges. Gray's Inn acts as a multi-faceted event space for both their members and commercial business.

The Assistant Bar Manager will support the Bar Manager in overseeing the bar program by creating and maintaining bar standards while driving sales through creative and innovative drinks, building relationships with suppliers and vendors in the absence of the Bar Manager.
In addition, the Assistant Bar Manager will support the Bar Manager and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the bar.
Salary: £29,000 per year
Contract: 46-week annual contract (August, Easter + Christmas & NY closure)
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekly early/late shift rotation.
