The Evolv Collection is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager for 24 Stories in Birmingham. You will work with the Bar Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead during service, and help develop the cocktail and wine program.

You will build a motivated team, manage stock and costs, and engage discerning guests while upholding high standards. This role offers industry-leading benefits and growth within our premium hospitality group.

Situated in Birmingham’s tallest building, the stylish restaurant offers breath-taking 360 degree views of the city.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at 24 Stories! In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Bar Manager to curate an exceptional guest experience. Utilizing your expertise in mixology, cocktails, and wine, you'll assist in leading the team during service, ensuring each guest receives top-notch service. Building lasting relationships with our discerning guests will be a key focus, as you contribute to fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborating with the management team, you'll support in setting the standard for innovation by contributing creative ideas and assisting in the development of trend-setting cocktails. Your keen eye for financial management will aid in meticulously controlling costs and contributing to menu crafting that reflects industry trends, helping us maintain our position as a leading destination in the bar scene.
