The Evolv Collection Restaurants is seeking a Bar Manager for the high-profile 24 Stories venue in Birmingham. You will lead the bar team, curate cocktails and wine experiences, and drive guest satisfaction in a luxurious setting.

On the 24th floor, guests discover a fine-dining restaurant that serves dramatic French-inspired dishes. Situated in Birmingham’s tallest building, the stylish restaurant offers breath‑taking 360 degree views of the city.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for a Bar Manager to join the team at 24 Stories. You'll play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional guest experience, driven by your mastery of mixology, cocktails, and wine. Leading the team during service, you'll exude pride and passion in every aspect of your work, fostering long‑term relationships with our discerning guests. Collaborating closely with the management team, you'll set the tone for innovation by creating trend‑setting cocktails and overseeing the development of our bar team. With a keen financial awareness, you'll meticulously control costs while crafting menus that reflect industry trends, ensuring we remain at the forefront of bar destinations.
