Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking an Assistant Bar & Lounge Manager to run the department, lead the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our Midland property. You will remain visible on the floor, guide rota planning, and ensure excellent service standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in bar and lounge operations in hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the bar & lounge team on shift to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Set and monitor KPIs for service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Create and issue rotas in advance to ensure coverage and work–life balance for the team.
• Identify training opportunities and support career development within the team.
