Job Overview

Epsom College is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Admissions Registrar to support the delivery of an outstanding admissions experience for prospective families.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth operation of the College’s admissions process across all entry points (Years 7, 9, and 12). This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Admissions Support: Ensure all prospective enquiries are welcomed, considered, logged, and responded to with appropriate customer service and advice, followed by team follow-up.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop relationships with enquiries and applicants from the UK and overseas, supporting them throughout their application and assessment process.
  3. Family Engagement: Meet families, build relationships with feeder schools, and process/manage data within our CRM system (HubSpot) and iSAMS.
  4. Initial Enquiries: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and CRM, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  5. Application Processing: Assist with registrations, assessments, interview scheduling, and offer letters, including collating academic transcripts and references for review.
  6. Assessment Coordination: Coordinate with academic departments and the Admissions Registrar to organise assessment days and taster events.
  7. Data Management: Maintain and update records within CRM and iSAMS.
  8. International Student Administration: Support UKVI sponsorship compliance, assist in issuing CAS documentation, and coordinate arrangements for educational guardians.
  9. Family Experience: Welcome prospective families, organise and deliver Open Days, tours, and other events.
  10. Communication: Ensure families receive timely, clear communication throughout their application journey.
  11. Reporting: Support data input, update prospective pupil records, and assist in preparing statistical reports for the Director of Admissions.
  12. Marketing & Communication: Liaise with the Marketing & Communications team to update admissions materials and assist in prospectus fulfilment.
