An established and growing environmental consultancy is looking to appoint an Assistant Acoustic Consultant to join its Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in Physics, Mathematics or a closely related numerical/scientific discipline who has developed a genuine interest in acoustics and would like to build a long‑term career within the industry.
You do not need previous acoustic consultancy experience. The successful candidate will receive support and training from experienced consultants while gaining hands‑on exposure to a broad variety of environmental and acoustic projects across the UK.
Working alongside experienced acoustic consultants, you will gradually develop your technical knowledge and take responsibility for a variety of project work.

To be considered for this position, you should have:
Previous experience within acoustics is not essential, although any university modules, projects or practical experience involving acoustics, sound, vibration, signal processing, data analysis or environmental science would be advantageous.
